Made of natural leather, they feature leather lining and a latex softening layer between the inner and outer layers. We used a micropore outsole that imitates the look of leather but is softer and protects your feet better when walking and running. The insole of this footwear is flat so it's better to get used to them step by step, starting from a very short period of time. Wearing them all the time from the very beginning can cause discomfort. Modern feet are much softer than they were in the Middle Ages, especially when it comes to kids, so make sure your kids wear comfortable socks underneath to avoid rubbing their feet. In any way, it's important to check the condition of the feet regularly, especially when the shoes are new. Proper sizing is another big deal to ensure the kids will enjoy their "trick or treat" promenade and is worth paying attention to.
